Lynn is very helpful and very responsive, and explains things very clearly and in a manner that the material being discussed is easily understood. Lynn's staff is also very friendly and very capable, Over the years, I have bought home, auto, life, and health insurance policies from Lynn. She periodically reviews my home and auto policies and makes recommendations on ways to save money on the premiums. She was particularly helpful when my kids were on my auto policies. As I encounter new situations where I may need a new type of insurance, Lynn researches the policy options in a timely fashion.
