- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We were enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon at Welch Park when chaos struck. My son, Michael, was hit in the mouth by a baseball. His teeth and braces were a mess. My wife was in full panic mode and needed to either head to the emergency room or call the orthodontist. Fortunately, she called your office. Despite being late on a Sunday afternoon, she managed to get a hold of you and you agreed to meet her and Michael at your office. By the time I arrived at your office, the trauma was over. Your professionalism and calming demeanor comforted both my wife and Michael during this episode. Michael’s teeth are back where they belong, the braces are re-attached and the healing process back to his great smile is underway. I work in a customer service business and I understand 24/7 coverage and what it means to people. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for my family last weekend. I recommend you and your practice to anyone looking for an orthodontist, and I am sure after they meet you and your team, they will not need to look any further. Thank you again.
